I have Recently been suffering from back pain for several reasons and decided to try this establishment after reading great reviews . I have now been 3 times , first was a deep tissue massage , and the other 2 slightly less pressure , all on my back , I have to say absolutely fantastic, I have had Chantelle on all 3 and she is amazing , so friendly and professional. I have also bumped into other staff and all are friendly and welcoming. The premises are also very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this establishment. I went to Bom Dia recently with my friend for a pamper package. All of the staff were very friendly and professional and they were keen to cater to our needs. The massage was extremely relaxing and I would definitely return to this salon. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

My first time at the spa but it will certainly not be my last, it was a great experience, I had never had a clay wrap and it was so relaxing and left my skin feeling so soft and renewed. The facial was amazing too, my skin has felt soft and silky since my treatment. The spa itself was clean and very inviting. I would highly recommend people looking for a great afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation to book a treatment with Sarah, she makes you feel very much at ease and relaxed.Owner response

We have been going to Bom Dia for over 4 years now, Lynn has a wonderful team. We always have a fantastic massage and always look forward to the next as our treat as busy parents! Lynn did all my pregnancy massages, we have also had Full body and hot stones massages. The rooms are beautifuly decorated, Lynn is always improving an already amazing experience, at our last visit she had added Fleece under covers to the heated massage tables pure luxury!!!Owner response

I had a Sports Massage, and it's really helped my muscle soreness already. A fantastic environment, great staff, all you could ever want. I would recommend this to anyone!

Lin and Chantelle make you feel very pampered and ease away the tensions of your day. Worth every penny spent, worth a visit regularly.
Lots of nice things said about chantelle who lyn couldn't be bothered to press a few buttons and furlong her after all she's done towards your business!!!!
Very good service. Great massage from jane ,very proffessional and great deep tissue masdage. Would recommend jane and this place.
